About the role
On a daily basis coordinate the production capability vs available product vs customer order. Liaising with the Operations Manager, Productions Manager and Agricultural team.
Responsibilities
- Construct and review daily production plans for produce
- Coordinate daily with state-based Chain Store procurement teams
- Contribute to Sales forecasting of crops
- Coordinate daily with the Central Market Customers
- Visit customers as required
- Coordinate daily with the Export customers
Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent or Graduate Diploma in Business Administration
- full-time work experience post-graduation including at least two of the four years full-time work experience gained while working in a dedicated supervisory/management role
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently and within a team
- Strong work ethic
- High levels of verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
